Background
Unique began in 1994, and has since built itself a leading position in travel, tourism and property development on Kefalonia. We construct around 60% of the island’s holiday villas, and are sole agents for over 70% of the villa letting market, with more than 70 people working for us across a whole range of professions.
Though we have now become one of the largest high-end property developers in Greece we remain a proud family business that believes in trust, integrity and the power of personal service.
What Unique offers
We offer an unrivalled end-to-end service for the property buyer, starting with the selection of the site, and going all the way through to the decoration and landscaping of the completed house, and ongoing maintenance. We can even set up and administer a rental contract for you when you’re not using the house yourself. And every step of the process is characterised by immaculate attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what each individual client wants and needs. That’s why we’ve not only built some breathtaking villas for our clients, but an unrivalled local reputation for ourselves.
